Advanced Network Service
Cochise Internet has developed advanced network service and options for Enterprise customers needing unique solutions
- Global Routing Latency and Loss optimization
- CIS has a unique connectivity optimization engine for Enterprise customers. We monitor upstream routes both to our peers and our peer's peers watching for both latency and packet loss. Based on customer heuristics (customizable per customer) we then push/pull/modify routes within our BGP space to route traffic via the most performant path.
- As paths on the internet develop issues with congestion or packet loss we drop those paths. We aren't just looking at our direct connections but at least two hops out to make optimizations.
- This functionality can also be extended from the customer's Point of Presence to other service providers so long as the customer has BGP sessions with full table import.
- DDoS Mitigation and enhanced automatic DDoS protection.
- Any Enterprise customer can activate our automatic DDoS protection platform. Once activated any detected Denial of service will automatically be mitigated upstream with capacity for up to 20g of DDoS provided for free.
- Enhanced network security options
- IDS/IPS/HoneyPot - CIS has robust intrusion detection and mitigation capability available to customers with capcity ranging from 1 to 10gbps.
- DNS based security - CIS has a creative DNS based security platform that allows customers to block known malicious destinations without any inspection of underlying traffic. Combined with our IDS/IPS services, the provides a layered approach for network based communication.
- Public Facing Security Monitoring - Using a customized vulnerability scanning platform, CIS can regularly monitor customer's public facing IPs for any exposed service and vulnerabilities that they may bring.
- Primary Service and Sub-Service monitoring.
- We automatically provide monitoring and alerting for your CIS delivered services. We can also extend this to monitor other non-CIS services as well.
- Consulting Services
- CIS can provide external network consulting service on a variety of projects, small or large.
