 CIS, now known as Cochise Internet Services, has been my Internet carrier for close to 20 years.  The present ownership, with Adam in charge, has accomplished so many facets of good business.  Some of these are: retaining employees, as Sheri has been with CIS for 10 years and is the only employee retained by the new ownership.  Debbie is also a company employee and she is quite knowledgeable with regards to electronics and superior customer service dealings.  Andrew is a company tech and he definitely knows his stuff, as he made a service call to my home, figured out why I was unable to get on the internet, fixed that, and then proceeded to install new equipment so that my computer would be at its optimum.  And then there is the kingpin, who is Adam. He displays a blessed life as he must have more than one Ph.D. in electronics and other complimentary fields.  He is articulate, honest, considerate, top notch in personality and salesmanship, and much more.  He has answered every question I have asked him about computers with confidence and self assurance with technically adept and friendly conversation skills.

I am writing this note as I appreciate the new CIS and I want them to know my feelings.  I can easily see Adam and CIS becoming the benchmark for internet services throughout the State of Arizona.
