During sign up, the person you referred needs to tell us they were referred by you and either provide your address or phone number. Customers will have 1 week after signing up to retroactively add a referral.  

Alternatively, you may refer a customer directly by sending us their contact info to [email protected]. We will reply back to confirm that we have received the details. We will then reach out to the customer proactively.

For the new customer signing up, their credit will post for the first full month of service (i.e if they sign up January 15th, they would see the credit apply to their February bill). For the existing customer, your credit will post on the third billing cycle after the new customer is online.

Refer 100 customers, get 100 months free! There is no limit!

You get a free month, they get a free month regardless of your choice of plans.

You can choose which individual service you receive credit for but you will only receive credit for one service.

Customers who would like to opt for an alternative will receive a $30 Visa gift card.

Yes! If you know someone else that would benefit from free services, let us know. We will handle these instances individually.

Business customers who refer other business customers will receive a $100 credit on similar terms. Business customers who refer residential customers will receive a $50 credit.
