 1. Cochise Internet Service’s (CIS) Residential Referral program allows existing CIS customers to refer their friends, family, and colleagues to set up service with CIS. A referred sign-up will give both the current customer (referrer) and the new customer (referee) a credit for one free month of service.

2. The referrer must be an existing Cochise Internet Service customer, and must have the referee give the name and either address or phone number of the referrer, upon signing up for service.

3. Eligible referrals are customers who sign up for any level of service from CIS. In order to be eligible, the referee cannot be an existing customer of CIS, or have been a customer in the past twenty-four(24) months.

4. Once the referee has had their service installed and started, they will receive a free month of service for their first full billing period. The referrer will receive a free month of service 60 days after the installation date of the referee’s service.

5. In order for the referrer to receive their credit, the referee must keep their service active through the first 60 days.

6. Both the referrer and referee will receive a credit for one month of free service, regardless of service level. Additional monthly costs due to add-ons or other additional services will not be covered by the one-month service credit. If a customer has multiple lines of service, they can choose which service to receive the credit for.

7. There is no limit to the amount of credits a customer can receive for referrals. As long as each referral is eligible, an existing customer can get a credit for each of those referrals.

8. Customers can opt to receive a $30 Visa gift card in lieu of their one-month service credit.

9. Customers have the option to donate their service credit to another current customer. In order to donate this credit, the donor needs to call the CIS office at (520)458-0293, and provide the name and address or phone number of the person to receive the credit.

10. If a residential customer refers a business that signs up for a business service, the referrer will receive two free months of service, starting 60 days after the installation date of the referee business’s service. The business referee will receive a $100 service credit that will be applied to the next full billing period.

11. CIS reserves the right to modify, remove, or replace these terms and this program for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.

A referred sign-up will give both the current customer (referrer) and the new customer (referee) a credit for discounted or one free month of service, based upon the type of service received.

2. The referrer must be an existing Cochise Internet Service business customer, and must have the referee give the name and either address or phone number of the referrer, upon signing up for service.

3. Eligible referrals are customers who sign up for either business or residential service from CIS. In order to be eligible, the referee cannot be an existing customer of CIS, or have been a customer in the past twenty-four (24) months.
