Dylan helps guide CIS strategically and operationally. With operations in the office, both filling in to provide needed customer support during the holidays and weekends and providing general guidance and business support.
When not working, Dylan loves to read and play video games accompanied by his cats.

Sherry is responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff by managing and organizing day-to-day operations. She handles inquiries and responds to customer emails and phone calls concerning installations, service calls, etc. She also collaborates with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Debbie works in customer support with sign-ups and day-to-day tech support. In addition, she collects updated customer payment information and schedules installation and service calls for new customers.
After hours Debbie attends concerts for grandkids, watches Buena football on Fridays, hangs out with family, and goes shopping.

During his free time, Ezra can be found streaming video games, writing music & poetry, and playing D&D with his friends.
